This whole baby-weight-loss thing is driving me nuts. I look in the mirror and most of the time, I like what I see. Then I step on the scale and…well, today I kicked it. ;) Those stupid numbers are going up!!!
On a more positive note, I’ve been keeping track of my exercise totals at CoolRunning, and so far this month I’ve logged 13.5 miles of pushing a stroller and 48 minutes of cardio dance holding a 20lb baby. Not bad, eh?

You know, I am on a fitness plan right now where I am not even allowed to weigh myself for two weeks. It might have gone up becasue of the time of day you weighed yourself, what you were wearing, what time of month it is ad infinitum! You also may have gained some muscle. My policy: Measuring yourself with a tape-measure is WAY more effective at tracking actual body-fat loss (last year I actually wen UP half a pound, even though I lost an inch around my waist that week).
I hear you on this one! I keep fluctuating within a pound of the same weight, and it is really starting to bug me. I still have 3-4 lbs to go before I'm at my pre-pregnancy weight, and I've had that for the past few weeks. Grr... I do think I've lost a little around the waist though, which is promising. I haven't started running again yet, because even when I do a long walk my hip bothers me. Isn't that Cool Running website fun? I'm glad you're enjoying logging features - and good job on the walking and cardio dance!
Don't forget, Em--fat weighs less than muscle. :)
