Wouldn't it be nice to call customer service and get someone in the United States, preferably who spoke English without too much of an accent, and who actually worked for the company you were trying to contact?
Maybe this is rude, but when I'm trying to get information I really need (like about insurance, or my credit card or bank account), I've gotten to where I'll just politely ask, "May I please speak with someone who speaks English better?" I try not to be offensive, but when I'm paying for my cell phone minutes, I don't really want to waste ten or twenty of them asking, "what? what? WHAT?"
