Pay $16 + tax, and receive $10 back in ecbs. Net cost of $6+tax for a box of diapers AND baby lotion! :)

Are you actually paying .45cents or are you paying the $39 and waiting for your reward to arrive weeks later? Please explain.
I'm paying $39 and waiting for the rebate to come later. However, since I've been doing these all summer, I'm actually paying with previous rebates. :)
