I love being able to sew! (UPDATED)

Today my kids wanted to be super heroes. Or kings. Or maybe both! At the same time! Mom, we need capes!!!

They're so happy, running around being King Richard. :)

(I made one for Josiah, too, but he was having none of stand-still-and-say-cheese!)

UPDATE: Pictures of Josiah!

Great job, Mom! These will provide hours of imaginative fun. I'm glad Josiah decided to "get in the game". He looks like one proud fellow!

I haven't seen recent pics of your boys--I can't get over how much they look like you guys! I mean I know some familial resemblance is to be expected, but with you guys, the force is strong! :D

I'm glad I know how to sew too! It's been the most wonderful gift but at times it's such a curse! Going into stores knowing I can make something I see, with better quality and for less- I don't know if I've commented here before, I've been following your blog for a few months now. Great job!

Those capes are great! It's amazing how much a cape can spark the imagination. I love to sew as well but I recently made a cape for Zoe by cutting the front and arms of an old t-shirt off(leaving the part around the neck and back part). It matched the cape Malachi got at a VBS. It was quick, easy and did the trick! But I like your capes way more! :)

The capes look great!

When I saw that picture of Thomas baring his teeth I had a slight panic attack from the memory of the time he sunk those pearly whites into my leg over Christmas...

Nice job! I love how happy they look in the pictures. And I know I say this just about every time you post pictures, but my goodness your boys are getting big!!
